And yes, I heard the announcement about the shoe..lol! That was my first tri ever so, like you, I am learning a lot. By the way, does Iron Bruin post any pictures from the race on the site? (there was a dude with a camera, positioned strategically at the very top of a hill and seemed to relish taking pictures of dead-tired cyclists cresting the top!). And also, how did you know how many people were in your age division? I didn't see that info on the race results page.
